Dr Yitong Yu is a Research Assistant Professor in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Yu obtained her PhD degree in tourism at University of Surrey, UK. Before joining Surrey, she completed her Bachelor Degree in tourism management at Zhejiang University. Her research interests focus on the dark side of leadership and employee well-being in the hospitality and tourism industry.
