Brief Biosketch

Dr. Guijun Li, Mitch, received his B.Sc. degree in Physics from Nanjing University, and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Hong Kong. After a short stay at the same department after graduation, he moved to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Currently, he is a Research Assistant Professor in Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Dr. Li is currently focusing on developing advanced manufacturing technologies for wearable healthcare applications. His research works were published in 46 peer reviewed journals, including Energy and Environmental Science, Advanced Materials, Advanced Science, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, and Journal of Materials Chemistry A, with over 892 citations.

Dr. Li is a Senior Member of IEEE, Associate Editor of IEEE Access (impact factor: 3.745), and Vice Chair of IEEE Hong Kong Joint Chapter on Electron Devices and Solid State Circuits. He received Young Scientist Award of 2019 Optoelectronic Global Conference from IEEE Photonic Society, and Emerging investigator 2020 from Journal of Materials Chemistry C in Royal Society of Chemistry. He has reviewed over 148 articles, for journals including Advanced Functional Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry C and received the Publons Peer Review Awards 2017 for top 1% of peer reviewers.
