PolyU’s Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) is an essential component of the university’s teaching quality assurance framework, administered every semester to collect valuable student feedback.

Designed for both new and experienced staff, this 30-minute, self-paced online module delivers the key essentials of navigating the SFQ lifecycle in a quick, visual format.

Through 10+ bite-sized infographics, you will gain practical insights into SFQ workflows, ways to improve teaching practices using student feedback, response-boosting strategies and essential support resources.
