Course Description:
Building on the foundational concepts introduced in GenAI101, this advanced course is designed to transition educators from passive users of Generative AI to critical, highly proficient designers of AI-enhanced learning environments. "Advanced Critical GenAI Literacy for Learning and Teaching" empowers teachers with the practical skills and theoretical frameworks necessary to safely, ethically, and strategically embed AI into their pedagogical practice. Over five specialised modules, participants will move beyond basic prompting to explore local (offline) AI models for data privacy, leverage GenAI for sophisticated educational data analytics, and formulate a personalised, future-proof strategic roadmap for classroom integration.

Assessment & Certification Criteria:
To support and validate your learning journey, this course includes five quizzes (one of which is an interactive video quiz embedded within the learning materials). Depending on your engagement and performance, two pathways of certification are available:

  • Certificate of Course Completion: Awarded to participants who complete all five quizzes and achieve a score of 50% or above on every quiz.
  • Certificate of Participation: Awarded to participants who actively engage with the course materials but do not meet the full quiz completion or passing criteria.
