The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) organises the Outstanding Students Award Scheme annually to celebrate and recognise full-time final-year students who have excelled in both academic and non-academic pursuits during their studies. Under the Scheme, each faculty or school selects one excellent student to receive an “Outstanding Student Award.”
This year, eight exceptional students were chosen to receive this award. Among them, Wong Hei-ching, from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, received the additional honour of being selected as the “Most Outstanding PolyU Student” of the year.
The Most Outstanding PolyU Student
It has been my honour to be selected as the Most Outstanding PolyU Student of the year. This award is great recognition of my hard work and achievements. It also motivates me to maintain a positive attitude and continuously strive for excellence. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the School, my family and friends for all the support they have given me during my university life.
