In the first week of the semester, teachers can take essential steps to set students up for active learning. This workshop offers practical strategies for creating an engaging classroom environment from Week One. We will look at how to design meaningful first-week activities and how Generative AI can serve as a helpful tool to enhance them. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their own successful practices.
