1. Attend – To join the Congregation on campus at the Jockey Club Auditorium, please select "Yes" and indicate the number of guest tickets you need when completing the online registration.

2. Not attend – If you do not wish to attend, please select "No" in the registration system.

Graduates who do not respond in the registration system will also be regarded as NOT attending the ceremony.

Gown collection from the outlets of Victoria Uniform

Please check the outlets listed on the Victoria Uniform website. The gown hiring fee applies and the gown hiring period is 49 calendar days from the date of gown collection. Students are also required to pay a deposit when collecting their gown. An extension fee will be charged for every seven-day period if the gown is not returned by the stated deadline. Any extension fee will be deducted from the deposit when the gown is returned. Please refer to Gown Hiring and Return for details.

On-campus photo-taking

1. You can use your Student ID card for campus access and photo-taking.
2. If you have registered e-tickets for your guests, they can use the QR code on the e-ticket to enter PolyU and for admission to the event venue (i.e., the Jockey Club Auditorium) on the Congregation day.
3. If you want to bring other guests to the campus for photo-taking, you will need to complete prior online registration for them via the Campus Access Registration for Congregation Guests from early October 2026.

Five days before the Congregation session

Contact the e-Ticketing Agent, Cityline (Hong Kong) Ltd. at cs@cityline.com or via Cityline Online Live Chat if you have not received on your e-tickets.

E-tickets will be sent to you via email. Attendees may present the ticket with a mobile phone or print the ticket on A4 paper for entry to the campus and event venue (i.e., the Jockey Club Auditorium) on the Congregation day.

32^nd Congregation (Autumn Sessions)

1. If you have registered e-tickets for yourself and your guests, the QR code on the e-ticket can be used for both campus access and entering the event venue (i.e., Jockey Club Auditorium) on the Congregation day.
2. For other guests who will enter the campus for photo-taking only, please visit Campus Access Registration for Congregation Guests and perform online registration for them to obtain the campus access QR codes.
3. Please also check the latest updates and important points to note on the AR Congregation website before attending the event, especially regarding contingency and bad weather arrangements, as well as the required ceremony attire.

Collection of Award Parchment

1. For the detailed schedule for award parchment collection, please visit the AR website (Graduates > Award Parchment) for the relevant information in early March, early July or early October with reference to your graduation timeline.
2. An email will be sent to your PolyU Connect account shortly before the start of the collection period. 

Mid to late December

Free Download of Graduation Photos and viewing of video playback

The photos taken for graduates on the day of the Congregation will be provided to graduates free of charge. They will be available for download from a designated website around mid to late December 2026. Further details will be announced on the AR Congregation website nearer the time.
