Guest Campus Access Registration for On-Campus Photo Taking of the 30th Congregation

Important Notes
  1. PhD graduates can use your Student ID card for campus access and photo-taking up to 31 May 2024.
  2. If you want to bring other guests to the campus for photo-taking, you will need to perform prior online registration for them via the Campus Access Registration System for On-Campus Photo Taking from early April 2024. This will enable you to obtain their campus access QR code(s).
  3. On-campus decorations for the 30th Congregation (May Session) will be made ready for graduation photo-taking between 19 April and 31 May 2024.
  4. If you have registered e-tickets for yourself and your guests, the QR code on the e-ticket can be used for both campus access and entering the event venue (i.e., Jockey Club Auditorium) on the Congregation day. No separate registration is necessary for guests with e-tickets
Access Period
    19 April to 31 May 2024, both dates inclusive.
Procedures

    Before the visit

  1. Online registration shall be performed by you prior to the visit via this system to enable your guests to obtain the QR codes for entering the PolyU campus for photo-taking.
  2. Email address(es) of the guests are required (graduates can use your own email address for receiving the QR codes).

    On the day of visit

  3. To present the campus access QR Code (either in electronic form or printed copy) at the campus entrance for entering the PolyU campus.
