Important Notes |
- PhD graduates can use your Student ID card for
campus access and photo-taking up to 31 May
2024.
- If you want to bring other guests to the campus
for photo-taking, you will need to perform prior
online registration for them via the Campus
Access Registration System for On-Campus Photo
Taking from early
April 2024. This will enable you to obtain their
campus access QR code(s).
- On-campus decorations for the 30th Congregation
(May Session) will be made ready for graduation
photo-taking between 19 April and 31 May
2024.
- If you have registered e-tickets for yourself
and your guests, the QR code on the e-ticket can
be used for both campus access and entering the
event venue (i.e., Jockey Club Auditorium) on
the Congregation day. No separate registration
is necessary for guests with e-tickets

Procedures |
Before the visit
- Online registration shall be performed by
you prior to the visit via this system to
enable your guests to obtain the QR codes
for entering the PolyU campus for
photo-taking.
- Email address(es) of the guests are
required (graduates can use your own email
address for receiving the QR codes).
On the day of visit
- To present the campus access QR Code (either
in electronic form or printed copy) at the
campus entrance for entering the PolyU
campus.
