Prior to joining the SHTM, Chris has worked in the Hong Kong hotel industry for 8 years. With his extensive experience in Sales & Marketing and Customer Service which he gained at the Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong and the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, he is now committed to share his knowledge and experience to the newcomers of the industry.
