To champion this mission, we proudly present the “PolyU SCIENCE Young Talents Competition 2026”, inviting ambitious secondary school students to participate from January to March 2026.

This prestigious competition offers secondary school students an unparalleled platform to explore their potential. Participating teams will navigate a dynamic two-round challenge: an initial assessment of theoretical knowledge during Preliminary Round, followed by an immersive Final Competition. Qualified teams progressing to the Final Competition will gain invaluable hands-on experience, conducting exciting experiments within PolyU's cutting-edge laboratories and exploring advanced research facilities firsthand.

All assessments are thoughtfully designed around three core scientific disciplines: Biology and Food Science, Chemistry, and Physics. Beyond the enriching experience, the top 10 winning teams will be recognised for their excellence with attractive cash prizes.
