  • Students can also be flexible about taking up part-time assignments or spring internships depending on their study mode and workload.
  • We would appreciate it if your company can provide some training allowance or salary, based on the market rate, to our students in return for their contributions and to cover their basic expenses such as transportation cost.

Recruitment of Graduates

Hosting a recruitment talk or joining our annual career fair are among the good ways to recruit our graduates. You may also use our job posting service to post your vacancies on our internal job portal.

Please send your request to career.cps@polyu.edu.hk, and we will contact you to make further arrangements.

The best time to organise a recruitment talk is from mid September to early December and from mid January to early April. You may check our Academic Calendar.

  • CPS provides a graduate recruitment nomination service. It helps employers collect applications and do preliminary screening upon employers' request. The selected applications will then be forwarded to employers for their consideration.
  • We can also provide venues for selection tests and interviews on campus, subject to availability. We can liaise with the shortlisted candidates on your behalf.

The average salary is around HK$12,000 to HK$17,000, depending on the students' programmes of study and their chosen industries. You may refer to the Graduate Employment Survey for details.
