As part of the University’s effort to disseminate the outcomes of UGC-funded projects in 2022-25 (e.g. TDG, VTL, FITE), EDC is organising a Learning and Teaching (L&T) Week to showcase the impacts and outcomes of such projects. The event will include a poster exhibition at the Logo Square on 10-13 March 2026. The call for contributions is open now.
Eligibility
All TDG, VTL, and FITE projects of 2022-25 (excluding IICA not led by PolyU) are invited.
How to Join
1. Create a Featured Story style poster to showcase your project impact:
Content suggestions
- Tell the impact story with no more than 200 words. Present your case in a way that laypeople will understand and appreciate. Omit operational and administrative details but focus on innovation, significance and impact, e.g.: What was the innovation? What pedagogical problem did it solve? What impact did it have on student learning experience and/or outcome? Illustrate the impact with evidence, e.g. images, statistics, student feedback, etc.
- Make the poster visually appealing and meaningful. Convey messages with photos, images, infographics, etc.
Technical requirement
- Text and images only, with a word limit of 200 words
- Use font size 20 or above to make sure that the text is readable from a distance.
- Poster size: A2 (420 x 594mm / 16.54 x 23.39 inch) (please use the templates: landscape / portrait)
- File format: PDF (To save a PowerPoint as a PDF, go to File > Save As and select PDF (\*.pdf) from the dropdown menu. Click “more options” and select “Standard (publishing online and printing)” or "Best for printing". Press “Save”.)
- File size: 30 MB max.
2. Submit it via the online form by 11 January 2026.
