This sharing session showcases how Perusall, a collaborative social annotation tool, can streamline flipped classroom teaching and support deeper learning through increased pre‑class engagement and student accountability, and easy access to student engagement data.

The session will highlight a recent flipped learning implementation in which Perusall was introduced across a multi‑instructor subject for the first time, including the setup of automatic scoring and direct syncing with the LMS Grade Centre.

Participants will also experience Perusall hands-on from the student perspective and get a step‑by‑step demonstration of how to add Perusall to a Blackboard course and link assignment scores to Blackboard’s Grade Centre.

This session is ideal for instructors interested in practical, scalable strategies for implementing the flipped classroom model.
