My approach is four steps:
1. Self-awareness
2. Ingenuity
3. Love, respect
4. Entrepreneurship

Students are honest to themselves and understand their strengths and weaknesses. Teachers believe students can learn and offer students various paths to learn. Students are exploring their best paths to learn and explore more.

In my class, we use real and latest data. We discuss different perspectives. Deep observation. Then, students develop their approaches. Finally, students practice their knowledge.
