Through active learning approaches, I believe crafting learner-centered activities and pedagogical models, students will be engaged in a fun and inclusive learning environment and be able to experience mindset shift and self-improvement, thereby, taking ownership of their learning and professional development beyond the classroom. When students are actively and cognitively engaged in the learning process, they can aim higher in the best of their abilities and achieve more than they expected.
