Guidelines on Credit Transfer (Exchange-out)
For students participating in the exchange programme, they are required finalize their subject selection at the host institution with their programme leader and/or departmental exchange officer and receive pre-approval for credit transfer (Form AR41a) before departure. Normally, no grade requirements will be set for ME subjects if students successfully complete the equivalent subjects at the host institution.
