Global Classroom

Global Classroom allows you to spend some weeks at top-notch institutions outside of Hong Kong in taking up credit-bearing courses either in Summer or Winter break. 

All full-time PolyU undergraduate students in UGC-funded programmes, except final-year students, in any faculty/school are welcomed to participate in Global Classroom with GEO funding.

Eligibility

• Full-time undergraduate students in UGC-funded programmes (Students are not eligible to apply for GEO funding if the activity happens in the Summer Term of final year).
• Participate and complete credit-bearing programmes listed under Global Classroom.
• Learning experiences last at least 5 calendar days (travel time excluded).
  
  

Funding Amount

• Funding is limited and may be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only programme registration fee, travel passage and accommodation may be funded.
• Should the total cost of activity falls below the designated Funding amount listed, GEO reserves the right to make a downward adjustment of the pre-approved financial support as necessary.
