Taught Postgraduate Programmes
The Faculty, through its constituent departments, possesses expertise across a wide spectrum of interests. The syllabuses of the taught postgraduate programmes are underpinned by the research activities of the Faculty's constituent departments. Most of the taught postgraduate programmes provide the flexibility for either full-time study or part-time study, the latter of which can be undertaken outside normal office hours to allow for concurrent employment.
All taught postgraduate programmes are offered within the Postgraduate Scheme in Construction and Environment except for the following:
MEng in Building Services Engineering (Full-time mode)
MSc in International Real Estate (Part-time mode, offered at the PolyU Zhejiang outpost)
Postgraduate Scheme in Construction and Environment
The following taught postgraduate programmes are offered through the self-financed Postgraduate Scheme in Construction and Environment on a mixed mode basis. Students may engage in full-time or part-time studies and attend classes in the evening, during the day, or a combination of both.
