To recognize the achievements and contributions of our undergraduate students and to strengthen tailored support for high achievers, Prof. C.Y. Chung, Head of the Department, together with Associate Heads and academic staff from EEE, hosted a special gathering with Head’s List Students and undergraduate students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance on 11 May 2026.
The event served as both a celebration of achievement and a platform for engagement. Certificates were presented to selected Head’s List students in recognition of their contributions and participation. Beyond recognition, the gathering also fostered a spirit of connection and collaboration. Students had the opportunity to connect with peers and engage directly with Associate Heads, Leading Team Members, Research Group Leaders, and Programme Leaders, who shared their expertise and provided valuable insights across a wide range of academic pursuits, research areas, and future career paths.
This special occasion not only celebrated achievement but also reaffirmed the Department’s commitment to nurturing excellence and empowering students to excel academically and professionally, while building a vibrant and supportive community.
