Application for MTR Student Travel Scheme (Academic Year 2026/27)

If you are a full-time student of 25 years old or below, you are eligible to apply for the MTR Student Travel Scheme. Please check your mode of study printed on your Student Identity Card.

Mandatory Submission of Visa/Entry Permit Documents (Semester One of 2026/27)

If you hold a visa/entry permit for studying at PolyU and will continue studies in 2026/27 Semester 1, you are required to submit your visa/entry permit details via eStudent by 12 September 2026.

Renewal of Student Identity Card (Semester One of 2026/27)

If your student identity card is due to expire by the end of August 2026 and you will continue your study in Semester One of 2026/27, please collect a new card from 25 August 2026 onwards.

Class Timetable for Semester One of 2026/27

The class timetable for Semester One of 2026/27 will be available for your checking starting from 9.00 am on Monday 27 July 2026.
