(Reminder) 2025/26 Summer Term Subject Registration and Add/Drop Arrangements (including Adjustment before Semester Commencement Period)

2025/26 Summer Term will start on 26 May 2026. If changes are necessary, they can be made during the Adjustment before Semester Commencement Period and/or Add/Drop Period. Please add or drop subject(s) via eStudent (www.polyu.edu.hk/student). For a smoother experience, we recommend using Chrome browser when logging into eStudent.

 

[Please disregard this email if you will have completed all the requirements for graduation by 2025/26 Semester Two or will be in off-campus or deferred status in 2025/26 Summer Term. Upon confirmation of your eligibility to graduate or your departure from the University, subjects registered in the following semester (including those consecutive subjects continuing from the previous semester) will be nullified and removed from your record.]

 

Below are the key subject registration dates for 2025/26 Summer Term.

* During the last two days of the Add/Drop Period (i.e. 09:00 of 31 May to 23:59 of 1 June 2026), students of full-time Undergraduate programmes can take additional subjects outside curriculum to broaden their knowledge.
