Academic Award Parchment

When your graduation status is confirmed and announced on eStudent, you will receive the following official certifications without filing any applications

Notes to graduates:

The award parchments are retained for one year and, if uncollected, they may be destroyed without further notice.
If graduates have unsettled matters with the University, e.g. outstanding debts to the University, or are subject to disciplinary action, the University reserves the right to withhold the issuance of (or retract) their award parchments or certifications of study.
The award parchment is an official document; no replica or replacement will be issued. Hence, please safekeep it.
