Target
- Both eyes with myopia between -0.75 and -6.00 diopters, and astigmatism
≤ 2.00 diopters
- Interocular myopia difference ≤ 1.50 diopters
- No myopia control treatment received in the past 6 months
- No history of eye diseases, amblyopia, strabismus, ocular surgery, or trauma

- 55-75 years old
- Both eyes are diagnosed as glaucoma
- No other eye diseases, no brain diseases (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, brain surgery, epilepsy, neurological disorders, cognitive impairment (e.g. dementia), or any hearing problems
- Did not have falling history for 3 times or more in the recent half year
- Diagnosis of primary open-angle (including normal-tension) or angle closure glaucoma with relative scotoma in both eyes

- Aged 18-80
- Both eyes are diagnosed as glaucoma
- No other eye diseases, no brain diseases (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, brain surgery, epilepsy, neurological disorders, cognitive impairment (e.g. dementia), no metal implants (except fillings) or any hearing problems
- Vision have remained stable in the last 3 months
- No adverse reactions to Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (tES)
