Vision Screening for Potential Participants in the Children's Myopia Control Programme

Target

  • Both eyes with myopia between -0.75 and -6.00 diopters, and astigmatism
    2.00 diopters
  • Interocular myopia difference 1.50 diopters
  • No myopia control treatment received in the past 6 months
  • No history of eye diseases, amblyopia, strabismus, ocular surgery, or trauma

The GRADE randomized trial: Glaucoma Rehabilitation with Action viDeo games and Exercise

Target

  • 55-75 years old
  • Both eyes are diagnosed as glaucoma
  • No other eye diseases, no brain diseases (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, brain surgery, epilepsy, neurological disorders, cognitive impairment (e.g. dementia), or any hearing problems
  • Did not have falling history for 3 times or more in the recent half year
  • Diagnosis of primary open-angle (including normal-tension) or angle closure glaucoma with relative scotoma in both eyes

Post-stroke Visual Midline Shift

Target

  • Over 18 years old
  • Have experienced a first-time stroke within the previous 2 years
  • No other neurological disorder (e.g., Parkinson's) or diagnosed dementia; no previous concussion or head injury
  • Able to attend 1 visit (about 90minutes) at Science Park

Improving vision and quality of life in patients with glaucoma using non-invasive brain stimulation and perceptual learning A Randomized Clinical Trial

Target

  • Aged 18-80
  • Both eyes are diagnosed as glaucoma
  • No other eye diseases, no brain diseases (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, brain surgery, epilepsy, neurological disorders, cognitive impairment (e.g. dementia), no metal implants (except fillings) or any hearing problems
  • Vision have remained stable in the last 3 months
  • No adverse reactions to Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (tES)
