Dr Jessica Neuville, an Assistant Professor of Practice, has been honored with a Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), an accolade that is globally acknowledged as a mark of professional achievement in Higher Education. The Higher Education Academy (now known as Advance HE) is a leading advocate for teaching excellence in higher education, and its fellowships are a testament to an individual's impact, leadership, and practice in teaching and learning.

Over the past ten years, digital technology has dramatically transformed higher education in healthcare. Assistant Professor of Practice, School of Optometry

Currently, Dr Neuville serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice at the School of Optometry, where she teaches ocular pathology, ocular pharmacology, binocular vision, and clinical optometry. She is deeply involved in both clinical and didactic teaching in the undergraduate programme and was awarded the FHSS's Faculty Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Teaching (Individual) and the Faculty Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Teaching (team) in 2021 and 2023 respectively.
