Summary

In this talk, Professor Peng will share research projects that explore how designing with care can shape the use of emerging and immersive technologies in digital health and cultural heritage. Drawing on her work across both fields, the seminar considers a more-than-human perspective that attends to relationships among people, technologies, places, materials, and communities. It offers practical reflections on participatory design, ethical challenges, and ways digital innovation can support wellbeing, cultural connection, and sustainable care for shared futures.

The lecture is part of the MSc in Innovative Multimedia Entertainment (MScIME) Research Seminar Series. All PolyU students are welcome.
