Summary
The PolyU School of Design is pleased to present Epochal Echo of Ink: Contemporary Interpretation of Chinese Aesthetic Across Time, an exhibition showcasing the outcome of the China National Arts Fund 2025 Art Talent Development Programme.
Organised by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and jointly presented by PolyU School of Design, Guan Shanyue Art Museum, PolyU Research Centre for Culture and Art Technology, and PolyU–NVIDIA Joint Research Centre, the exhibition explores how the spirit of Chinese brushwork can be reinterpreted through contemporary digital technologies.
The exhibition brings together artists from diverse generations and disciplines to examine the relationship between tradition and innovation. Through digital video, AI-generated art, interactive installations, immersive environments and multi-sensory experiences, the exhibition showcases new possibilities for Chinese artistic expression in the digital age.
The exhibition also highlights the achievements of participants in the programme, demonstrating how artistic creation, curatorial practice and professional education can be integrated through hands-on exhibition development.

《時代回應筆墨——中國筆墨精神的當代轉譯與時空對話》成果展
由香港理工大學主辦，香港理工大學設計學院、深圳市關山月美術館、香港理工大學文化與藝術科技研究中心及香港理工大學英偉達聯合研究中心共同承辦的國家藝術基金2025年度藝術人才培訓資助項目成果展——《時代回應筆墨——中國筆墨精神的當代轉譯與時空對話》，現於深圳市關山月美術館展出。
作為國家藝術基金2025年度藝術人才培訓資助項目《數字藝術展覽管理人才培訓》的成果展，展覽以「筆墨當隨時代」這一中國畫發展的經典命題為學術起點，探討中國傳統筆墨精神如何跨越媒介邊界，在新的藝術實踐中煥發新的生命力。
展覽圍繞「時空對話」與「當代轉譯」兩大板塊展開，邀請不同世代、不同媒介背景的藝術家共同參與，以數字影像、人工智能、互動裝置、沉浸式空間、多感官體驗等多元媒介，呈現中國筆墨精神在數字時代的跨媒介延展與當代轉譯。
作為國家藝術基金人才培養項目的重要實踐成果，本次展覽不僅集中呈現了項目學員的創作成果，也完整展示了數字藝術展覽管理人才培養的實踐體系。
