(Applicable to All Research Postgraduate Students)

The Heads of University Committee (HUCOM) has endorsed a report on collaboration among postgraduate programmes of the UGC-funded institutions. It has been agreed that opportunities for research postgraduate students to have access to subjects at other UGC-funded institutions in Hong Kong be enhanced. Eight local institutions offering research postgraduate programmes have agreed that their research postgraduate students may enrol on postgraduate subjects at other UGC-funded institutions. The scheme for collaboration commenced in September 2003.
