Biography

Dr Fengmei Jin is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She obtained her Ph.D. degree from The University of Queensland (UQ) in August 2023, advised by A/Prof. Wen Hua and Prof. Xiaofang Zhou. Prior to that, she received the B.Eng degree from Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU) in 2016 and the M.Eng degree from Renmin University of China (RUC) in 2019, respectively. Her research interests include database management, trajectory data privacy, trajectory-user linking, and efficient indexing.
