Biography

Qinhong JIANG is a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his Ph.D. with honors from Zhejiang University in 2024 and his B.Eng. with honors from Chengdu University of Technology in 2019. His current research addresses the unique security and privacy challenges in computer systems arising from the frequent interactions between the cyber and physical worlds. He specifically focuses on protecting sensing and downstream computations in IoT, embedded, and embodied intelligence systems through hardware-software co-design. His work has been published at top-tier venues such as USENIX Security, NDSS, IEEE TIFS, and ACM CSUR. He has served as a TPC member of USENIX Security, RAID, EAI SecureComm, etc., and as a reviewer for journals such as IEEE TIFS, TDSC, TCCN, and IoT-J.
