We are honoured to have had Mr Eric Ling, ex-Senior Manager of Learning & Development at the HK Housing Society, as our guest speaker for the COMP Interview Workshop on 4 March 2025, where he focused on the topic of Behavioral Interviews for Results.
Mr Ling shared invaluable insights, including key considerations to keep in mind during interviews, as well as effective strategies for tackling difficult questions. His expertise provided attendees with practical tips to enhance their interview performance and navigate challenging scenarios with confidence.
