The 31st Congregation for bachelor’s and master’s degree students was successfully concluded on 17 November 2025 at the Jockey Club Auditorium of PolyU. This year’s ceremony celebrated the graduation of over 350 students from BSc, MSc, and MPhil programmes, marking a significant milestone in their academic and personal journeys.

The event commenced with a warm welcome from Prof. CHEN Changwen, Interim Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences, who addressed the congregation and congratulated the graduates on their achievements. Prof. LI Qing, Head of the Department of Computing, also delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging graduates to embrace future challenges and continue striving for excellence in their chosen fields.

A highlight of the ceremony was the valedictory speeches delivered by Graduate Representatives Miss WONG Yin Kuen and Mr ZHANG Haolin. Miss Wong, who obtained the Award of Master of Science in Information Technology with distinction, and Mr Zhang, who gained the Award of Bachelor of Science in Computing with First Class Honours, shared heartfelt reflections and words of encouragement that resonated deeply with their fellow graduates and the wider PolyU community.
