To kick off the CEE Webinar Series 2021-22, Dr Wei Ma delivered a seminar with the topic of “Modeling and Managing Dynamic Road Networks using Heterogeneous Multi-Source Data for Hong Kong“ on 28 Sep 2021. It was jointly organized with HKIE Logistics and Transportation Division (LTD) .
