If you will be meeting the graduation requirements in Summer Term of the 2025/26 academic year, you should pay attention to the related arrangements and apply for graduation.

Renewal of Student Identity Card (Semester Two of 2025/26)

If your student identity card is due to expire by the end of January 2026 and you will continue your study in Semester Two of 2025/26, please collect a new card from 26 January 2026 onwards.

Application for MTR Student Travel Scheme (Academic Year 2025/26)

If you are a full-time student of 25 years old or below, you are eligible to apply for the MTR Student Travel Scheme. Please check your mode of study printed on your Student Identity Card.
