Biography
CHOW Kit Yee, Ella, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from City University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Hong Kong. She is a registered social worker in Hong Kong.
With over a decade of experience working at a district elderly community centre within a non-governmental organization, Ella has developed extensive expertise in elderly care and community services.
Since 2014, she has been serving as an instructor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is currently a member of the fieldwork team, responsible for fieldwork matching and coordination for the social work program. Also, she serves as the Assistant Program Leader of Master of Social Work program.
