Dr Kevin KWOK Wing-hin, Associate Director of the Research Institute for Future Food (RiFood), shared with local press about PolyU’s current research at a mariculture demonstration farm and provision of hands-on training to conventional mariculturists and those who wish to join the fishery industry. He also pointed out that the growth and survival rates of the fish cultured in the demonstration farm are better than those reared on traditional mariculture rafts.
