DUAL MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAMME FOCUSING ON
INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS AND ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT
We are delighted to unveil a brand-new Dual Master’s Programme in Industrial Logistics and Engineering Management, jointly delivered by the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE), at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).
The Dual Master’s Programme in areas related to Industrial Logistics & Engineering Management will help students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the intersection of information technologies, engineering principles, and effective management practices. The curriculum provides engineering professionals with the opportunity to build competencies for an array of technical and managerial positions. Students have the opportunity to choose which specialty track aligns with their interests and goals. Selected students will benefit from a unique educational experience as they undertake their studies at both the PolyU in Hong Kong and JHU in the United States.
The Dual Master’s Programme is designed as a non-reciprocal collaboration (outgoing only). Eligible students can apply for this dual Master’s Programme starting in the 2025/26 academic year and beyond. Those who are accepted and have completed their studies at the PolyU during the first year will have the exceptional opportunity to continue their studies at JHU in the second year.
Upon successful completion of the Dual Master’s Programme, students will be awarded two degrees: One from the PolyU, titled "Master of Science in Industrial Logistics Systems", and another from the JHU, titled "Master of Science in Engineering Management".
