International Conference on Surface Finishing Technology and Surface Engineering (ICSFT2026)

The 2026 International Conference on Surface Finishing Technology and Surface Engineering (ICSFT2026) will be held from August 7 to 10, 2026, in Hong Kong (with registration on August 7). Concurrently, the 2026 Industry-Academia-Research Forum on Surface Finishing Technology for High-Performance Components will also be convened.

With the guidance of the Burr Edge & Surface Technology committe of the Production Engineering Institution, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES-PEI-BEST), this series of academic conferences aims to provide a comprehensive, multi-channel platform for exchanging research achievements and the latest advancements in precision surface finishing (e.g., lapping, polishing, ultra-precision machining, abrasive machining, deburring) and surface engineering (e.g., surface strengthening, surface modification). The conference seeks to promote mutual understanding, cooperation, and interdisciplinary integration, thereby advancing the theory, technology, and application of surface finishing and surface engineering.
