Specification
The FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY XDAL® 237 is a high-performance, energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) measuring instrument. It is engineered for non-destructive, high-precision measurement of coating thickness and material composition analysis. Equipped with a fast, programmable XY-stage and a high-resolution silicon PIN detector, it is highly optimised for automated batch testing, thin coatings, and complex multi-layer systems.
- Smallest measurement spot size: 0.15m diameter
- Maximum sample size: 300 X 350 X 140mm
- X-ray tube: Micro-focus tungsten tube with beryllium window
