Performance Standards and Targets

IC is committed to providing timely and responsive services to meet the following service standards under normal conditions.

1. Major facilities and machines will be announced and ready for booking on IC homepage within 8 weeks from goods receivedNB1.  90% 80%
2. Booking request will be responded within 2 working days upon received. 90% 98%
3. The IC facilities homepage and booking system are up and running. 99% 100%
