The Department held its Research Postgraduate (RPg) Student Orientation on 30 October 2026, welcoming 95 newly admitted RPg students to Semester 1 of the 2026/27 academic year.
The orientation introduced students to the Department’s academic environment, research support framework, and key milestones of their postgraduate studies. Prof. Siqi BU (Professor and Associate Head (Research)) and Prof. Wen CHEN (Director of Research Postgraduate Studies) shared insights on academic expectations and the opportunities available to support students throughout their research journey.
