Dr. Yong Han conducts research at the confluence of environmental science and chemistry, advancing fundamental theoretical understanding of the physicochemical processes governing the formation of traditional and emerging pollutants from combustion sources, and elucidating their mechanistic links to human health risks and perturbations in the Earth’s climate system.
