To celebrate the Year of the Tiger, Hotel ICON has prepared a series of handcrafted festive puddings including Turnip Pudding with Yunnan Ham and Preserved Meat, Brown Sugar New Year Pudding and Taro Pudding with Conpoy and Preserved Meat.
