PolyU Research Students and Researchers Secure Paper Accolades at 23rd CIB World Building Congress 2025
Teams of research students and researchers from PolyU won four awards across several categories at the 23rd CIB World Building Congress hosted by Purdue University at its campus in West Lafayette, United States, from 19 to 23 May 2025.
The theme of this year’s congress is "Sustainable built environment – the role of the construction community in meeting the UN SDGs". The awards won by PolyU this year include the Best Paper Awards in the categories of "Facilities Management and Maintenance", "Offsite Construction" and "Net Zero Carbon Building Design and Construction Practices", as well as the 4th Award in the "Emerald Awards" category.
