Thailand’s Chiang Mai University Undergraduates Explore Sustainability Issues During PolyU Visit

A group of five undergraduate students from Chiang Mai University (CMU) in Thailand, majoring in Social Science and Sustainable Development, visited the Department of Applied Social Sciences at PolyU from 9 to 13 June 2025.
The visit, titled “CMU-PolyU Outbound Exchange for Strengthening Experiences of Social Sciences Learning in the Leading Institution,” aimed to enable students to learn more about sustainability issues in Hong Kong.
During their stay, the CMU students visited various teaching and learning facilities on campus. They also attended research seminars and lectures, and participated in sharing sessions with PolyU students, learning about recent sustainability issues and trends in Hong Kong.
Students from both universities cherished this exchange opportunity and developed lasting friendships, and both universities look forward to further collaboration and exchanges in the future.
