Research Overview

Gordon is a dietitian with special interest in developmental nutrition, paediatric dietetics and nutrition support of critically ill and surgical patients, aiming the excellence in dietetic practice for the betterment of patients. He also involved in researches and projects in maternal and child nutrition, nutrition and scoliosis, gut microbiota, lifestyle modification in chronic disease management, and the nutrition policy in health promotion.

Academic and Professional Experience

More than 20 years of clinical experience in public and private clinical settings, with post-qualification training in paediatric dietetics in UK. 
Teaching part-time for various bachelor and master programmes in local universities related to food and nutrition
Served as the past president and honorary member of Hong Kong Nutrition Association
Led Asian Federation of Dietetic Associations as president from 2018 to 2022 (on behalf of Hong Kong Nutrition Association)
