Ms Ki is an Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young (EY), bringing over 25 years of professional experience in auditing and advisory services to corporations. She plays a leadership role in service delivery, supporting transparency and trust in capital markets while upholding high professional and ethical standards. As People Partner and head of the Working Parents’ Network in the firm, she also guides talent recruitment, resource management, and initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Beyond her client work, Ms Ki nurtures future talent and mentors young professionals across the accounting profession. As a frequent speaker at universities and business associations, she regularly shares her professional insights and industry experience. She has dedicated more than two decades to supporting PolyU through initiatives such as the Professional Mentoring Programme and Work-Integrated Education, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop talent and strengthen institutional ties.

On the broader professional stage, Ms Ki also plays an active role in industry governance. Following her tenure as Chair of the Hong Kong branch of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for the 2022/23 term, she now serves as an ACCA Global Council Member, advising on corporate governance and global strategy while advocating for the accounting profession.
