Ms Ki Wing Yee, Winnie is an Assurance Partner in EY with more than 25 years of professional experience providing auditing and business advisory services to corporations. She plays a leadership role in service delivery, supporting transparency and trust in capital markets while upholding high professional and ethical standards.  She is also involved in talent recruitment and resources management, and the promotion of diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing as the Hong Kong leader of the firm’s Working Parents’ Network.

Ms Ki is committed to nurturing future talent, mentoring young professionals, and contributing to the advancement of the accounting profession. She frequently speaks at universities and business associations, sharing her professional insights and career experience. She has also dedicated over 20 years to supporting PolyU through initiatives such as the Professional Mentoring Programme and Work-Integrated Education, and has facilitated collaboration with key stakeholders to develop talent and strengthen connections.

Externally, Ms Ki also contributes significantly to the accounting profession.  She served as the Chairman of the Hong Kong branch of ACCA— a leading professional accounting body—for the 2022/23 term, and currently serves as a Global Council Member, providing advice on corporate governance and global strategy and advocating for the accounting profession.
