APSS held its Staff Retreat cum 2nd Staff Meeting 2025/26 on 18 May 2026, bringing together 120 academic and administrative staff. The event provided an inclusive platform to strengthen teamwork, foster collaboration, and promote staff well-being.
The day began with an ice-breaking Bingo game to encourage interaction, followed by a staff meeting on departmental updates and a team-building training session centred on self-awareness, self-care and community building.
