On Campus Services & Offers

PolyU Alumni eCard, PolyU Visa Card, and FHKPUAA Card holders can apply for the Alumni Sports Facilities User Card, which gives access to the sports facilities of PolyU Campus and Joint Sports Centre. A non-refundable fee of HK$400 provides access for 12 months (from 1 September to 31 August of the year). No pro-rata rate is offered.

Sports Facilities User Card holders can take up to three guests at any one time when using the facilities except Fitness Room. Guest ticket costs HK$20 each and is non-refundable. The guest ticket is limited to use on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays only.

Please note: The Sports Facilities User Card only gives access to the sports facilities. Cardholders must present their PolyU Alumni eCard, PolyU Visa Card, or FHKPUAA Card to register at the entrance for access to PolyU campus.

All PolyU graduates are eligible to apply for a Library Card (Graduate) or an Off-Campus Access Membership (Graduate). FHKPUAA and PolyU Visa Card holders are eligible for special discounts on their annual fees.

As a graduate, you can apply for a transcript of studies, testimonial, certification of award or certification of true copy. Application forms and details of the process are available on the Academic Registry website.

PolyU Alumni eCard holders can apply for campus parking. Hourly parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the prevailing parking situation.

To apply, alumni should log in to the Alumni Portal and access the online application form under “Campus Parking Reservation” in the “Useful Links” section. After completing and submitting the form online, the application will be processed, and a notification email with the reservation result will be sent to the applicant’s registered email address.

Please note:

• Registration is available for parking dates within the next 14 days. Applications must be submitted on or before 12:00 noon on the day prior to the requested parking date. Duplicate applications will not be processed.

• Parking is permitted during the following hours:

• Weekdays: 17:00 – 01:00 (next day)
• Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 07:00 – 01:00 (next day)

• Hourly parking is charged at HK$15 per hour.

PolyU Optometry Clinic

PolyU Alumni eCard and FHKPUAA Card holders can enjoy a 15% discount on optical products, including frames, optical lenses, and sunglasses. They are also eligible to join the “Buy One Get One Free” Multifocal Contact Lens Trial Programme, which has a quota of 50 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Both offers are valid until further notice.

From 1 July 2026, PolyU Alumni eCard, FHKPUAA Card, and PolyU Visa Card holders are entitled to discounts* on food and beverages at The Market, GREEN, and Above & Beyond. The offer excludes alcoholic beverages, service charges, and special festive days. Cardholders can also enjoy a 10% discount on banquet services, up to a maximum of HK$5,000.
