Co-organised by the Alumni Affairs Office and the Former Staff Network, this lunchtime talk features Dr Chan Miu-ha, a registered Chinese medicine practitioner in Hong Kong, who will share practical approaches to spring wellness, including liver care and spleen strengthening. She will address ways to relieve liver stress and regulate the spleen and stomach through dietary therapy, daily routines, acupoint massage, and essential oil therapy, helping you effectively combat springtime humidity, sluggishness, fatigue, and low mood.
